How does one even feel sympathy for these subhumans when they are attacked by "Whites"? Then again, I have seen many of these people (in typical "legal immigrant" fashion) saying that they themselves don't deserve sympathy (but for all the wrong reasons, e.g. celebrating Hindu festivals publicly). It depresses me knowing that most of the Indian population in U.S, especially Texas (at least in the IT sector, e.g. my colleagues) are filthy Telugu meat eaters. Yes most telugus do consume both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food (Omnivorous kind), so what?

Does consuming it make them any less Indian?? or any less Human?? or is it a case of any violation of law??? or Harming society?? Absolutely no, right??? Then, why to make an issue on a completely personal option of an individual??

This will not stop here.. In days to come, some may question why xyz people talk in mother tongue? Why they have eyes like that?/ Why they are black/brown/white?? Why abc people have different style of marriage?? blah blah, blah..

I am fed up by seeing such non-sense questions, which are no where near the concept of “Knowledge Sharing and Acquiring ” !!

Food, Shelter, Clothing and belief are something which are personal to any individual!! No one has right to question or demean one’s freedom of personal choice!! If one’s personal path is harmful to society, then one can question or oppose it.. !! Most of the basic needs of human are never against the society, then why to make an issue over that???

I am also telugu and a vegetarian by principle (not by caste or religion).. but I had no issue with other telugus, who are not vegetarian!! And we mutually respect each other regarding our choices and ideology!!

In fact, I do personally like the ideology of telugus as they respect personal choices of an individual ! They accept diversity and view strength in it!!

Moreover, Telugus (Both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh) ,are masters in making wide variety of dishes in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices!!

Also, most of the vegetarianism in India includes consumption of Dairy/milk products, which is not “vegan”, hence In India what “vegans” follow is “lacto Vegetarianism”.. Now if any pure vegan accuses Indian vegans on this will they accept?? No right?? Similarly its personal way of life which is not at all a matter of concern!!

Not even telugus, this applies to almost all humanity!! We have to respect individual’s choice irrespective of whether it is acceptable to our personal choice!! This was essential idea of India, which is slowly going into oblivion!!

Finally,

By wasting our time on unnecessary issues like this , we are killing the fortunes of India becoming a leading country both in terms of HDI and economy!! Nor we can reach to top heights either in Sports or Scientific temper!!!

Indian culture is not Western, therefore expecting Thais to accept Indian culture does not Westernize Thailand, therefore is not Western.

Also, not all cultures deserve respect. When I go to a non-vegan restaurant, I expect them to offer at least one vegan option, and I certainly refuse to immerse myself in, much less respect(!), their non-vegan food.
