So are you saying you want scenes of actual sex but such that the sexual organs are merely not visible on camera? Or are you saying you want simulated sex scenes (acting only)? Gravure fans would not want their idols doing the former. Heck, gravure fans don't even want their idols having sex in private, hence the chastity clauses in their contracts, as previously explained:

Wait... what?! If you are claiming that the kid in the orange T-shirt was being painted, I am quite sure you are mistaken. Surely Suzuki was painting a landscape (hence motion at 14:38), and the kid was looking at her from the same position the camera* was in at 14:40 (note directions of sunlight at 14:40 compared to 15:14). If the kid were the one being painted (ie. Suzuki was already interacting with him prior to 16:01), the 16:01 moment actually wouldn't make sense.

(* What I interpret this to mean is that the kid is intended as an alter-ego of the gravure video viewer.)
