BTW, the solution to "speciecism" is not to reconsider animals just as important as humans (which only leads to leaving out plants), but ending the concept of "species" altogether (a Western invention). In effect this means dethroning humans special status, rather than seeking to elevate other non humans to the level of humans (while still retaining humans' status)

As usual, the West invents the problem (classifying "species"), and pretends to solve it.
