The thing is that this delayed gratification is what allowed modern society to appear in the first place. Without delayed gratification you can't have farming or housing. Both of which are vitally important for human survival in most places in the world.
Humans, and probably all life, have a high time preference. We even have sayings about this in the form of "a bird in hand is better than two in the bush." My guess is that this has to do with the future being difficult to predict. It's essentially a balance between how many resources you should use right now vs how much you should invest into the future.
This could also be why some non Aryans undertake things such as partying/alcoholism during their college years: they feel that youth is meant for "enjoyment" and that not doing so means one is "wasting their youth". This could also be why they reproduce early.
After thinking it through, I believe the above behavior is a product of delayed gratification, namely the destruction of original nobility by compulsory education. When they were children, those individuals might have been interested in non adult activities. But because they were not allowed to do those things then, when they were finally given "freedom" in adulthood, their original nobility was destroyed so they became interested in worldly things.

I see. In that case, I have not played any adventure games, but I agree that the game looks interesting.
-
Back in the Counterculture era, Legend of Zelda was considered an ARPG (action role-playing game). By AVG I refer strictly to the type of gameplay shown/described in the previous post (which is nothing like the gameplay of Zelda games). As I said, these were mostly not ported to the West (whereas the entire Zelda franchise was).
-
"Do you like AVGs?"
Legend of Zelda is considered an adventure video game, so yes I guess.
-
"Adventure" can mean different things to different cultures. I myself am a fan of the AVG (adventure video game) genre, for example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1A9GvsWPvA
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EVE_Burst_Error#Gameplay
The game features a branching narrative where two different protagonists, one male and one female, provide different perspectives on the story. The game introduced a unique twist to the system by allowing the player to switch between both protagonists at any time during the game, instead of finishing one protagonist's scenario before playing the other. EVE Burst Error often requires the player to have both protagonists co-operate with each other at various points during the game.[4]
Just reading the above description gives me an adventurous feeling! Unfortunately, most AVGs never got ported to the West because Western feedback found them too boring!
Do you like AVGs?

That's not fun, there is no adventure, it's a rush from risking your life. That is all, this isn't impressive and is boring and dangerous. Like three well known cases exist online within the past teb hears of fatal incidents like this
I disagree that it is "boring" or "not adventurous". Westerners like these things precisely for the reason that they are not.
-
Overly impulsive behavior could be disadvantageous for hunter, as it could end up scaring off the prey.
-
Sometimes I think that I myself fall prey to instant gratification. For example, m@sturbating gives me a dopamine rush and gives me a peace of mind, whereas doing activism (even if it seems small, such as just posting here) will yield long term "harvests" toward Aryanism. However, I think this is more impulsivity tbh, when I see initiated violence happening all around me, I want it to stop and the perpetrators to be punished at "this moment". However, that is not practically possible, so I end up resorting to coping mechanisms.
-
Agree with this. This is why I am against traditionalism, which causes people to suppress their true instincts (i.e. sexual repression).
However, those people may still reproduce, just a little later than usual, after they achieve economic stability.
-
If so, then it should be the case that by removing social restrictions, those who formerly reproduced early would no longer be reproducing early because they now get to do partying/alcoholism instead. This would be in line with our objective of reducing births.
-
This is why you see the lower classes ("povertymaxxers") breed like rabbits despite lacking the financial means to support their offspring.
-
"Also, it would seem that early reproduction would get in the way of partying/alcoholism, so I'm not sure why you are attributing a common cause to both."
Some people, who cannot pursue partying/alcoholism due to societal restrictions, end up marrying and reproducing because that is the outlet for their gratification (sexual/reproductive desire) and they cannot contemplate (or simply do not care) about the consequences.
-
It is possible to enjoy youth without equating enjoyment with those particular activities. Is someone who prefers other activities and hence spends their youth pursuing those activities enjoying youth less?
Also, it would seem that early reproduction would get in the way of partying/alcoholism, so I'm not sure why you are attributing a common cause to both.

"Impulsivity is a non Aryan trait no doubt."
Can you propose a mechanism for how impulsivity would have been selected for by hunting or herding lifestyles, and selected against by a farming lifestyle?
Which of the following 8 cognitive functions would farmers most likely have, and which would their 4 primary cognitive functions most likely be out of these eight?
The 8 cognitive functions:
Fe (Feeling extraverted) = What they feel
Fi (Feeling introverted) = What you feel
Se (Sensing extraverted) = Their experiences
Si (Sensing introverted) = Your experiences
Te (Thinking extraverted) = What they think
Ti (Thinking introverted) = What you think
Ne (Intuition extraverted) = What they want
Ni (Intuition introverted) = What you want
How about hunter-gatherers, which would most likely be their 4 most primary cognitive functions?
According to some:
Hofer says NP's (INFP, ENFP, INTP, ENTP) are usually hunter-gatherers and SJ's (ISFJ, ESFJ, ISTJ, ESTJ) are usually farmers. These are two inborn mindsets that evolved with humanity.
https://cbbforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=7050
Unfortunately, Hofer obviously does not include blood-mixing in his evolutionary psychology analysis, nor the epigenetic effect of blood memory...
From a Jungian viewpoint SJ's are more likely to be autocratic according to some in the Jungian Analytical psychology field too, however. This would line-up with the Aryanism worldview.
Of interest also, and unfortunately having to relate back to Meyer-Briggs rather than Jungian, NP's are more likely to suffer from ADHD also:
ADHD and its Relation to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Test. The MBTI functions and attitudes that most correlate with ADHD are the intuitive (N) function and perceptive (P) attitude. People who score high on these dimensions have more chances of portraying ADHD symptoms.
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/understanding-relation-between-adhd-myers-briggs-type-indicator-rwcaf
This lines-up with Hofer's analysis and this subject thread I feel, does it not?
Yet, when we ask which of the 16 personality types are most likely to be impulsive:
Well, the Extraverted Sensing dominants (that's the ESTP and ESFP types) are the most naturally in-tune with the present moment, so they're the most likely to be impulsive as part of their normal personality.
https://www.quora.com/Which-MBTI-type-tends-to-be-more-impulsive
My thinking is that impulsivity carries risk hunter-gatherers cannot afford, while being an impulsive farmer is not so dangerous to ones self or the community? And impulsive farmer might attempt to graft two different species of plant together and create a new fruit. An impulsive hunter-gather might attempt to take down a large animal by themselves without waiting for the rest of the hunting party to show up, and get killed in the process?

-
Impulsivity is a non Aryan trait no doubt. Nail biting, alcoholism, food addiction, all fall under this. My dad has greater impulse control than myself, but he also consumes dairy (unlike myself). He also has non Aryan metabolism, unlike myself. We are both equally lazy though, tbh. I believe he would have become an Aryanist, did he not marry and reproduce (he was also somewhat idealistic in his standards, as he insisted his potential partner not wear silk.)
Then again, impulsivity can be good if directed in the right direction. I had alternating Satanic and Luciferian impulses.

I have no problem with it, as not only was it Cawthorn's own fault:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madison_Cawthorn
The vehicle crashed into a concrete barrier while Cawthorn's feet were on the dashboard.[14][15]
but also Cawthorn could not stop lying about it afterwards:
In a 2017 speech, Cawthorn said that Ledford left him "to die in a fiery tomb", which Ledford has disputed.[11] Ledford said in a sworn deposition for insurance litigation that he pulled an unconscious Cawthorn from the wrecked vehicle immediately after getting out himself; in Cawthorn's deposition, he stated that he had "no memory from the accident".[11] In the same 2017 speech, Cawthorn stated that he was "declared dead on the scene" of the accident, but the official accident report listed him as "incapacitated".[11]

How do you feel about wheelchair jokes wrt Cawthorn? I generally don't like making fun of people for their disabilities, but Cawthorn is an exception. Same with eye patch jokes about Crenshaw.

BTW, this also explains how Jews were able to keep their racism under the wraps during the counterculture era, and even into the early 2000s.

Our enemies explain how non-Aryan ADHD, which was essential in driving Western Civilization, is longer as evolutionarily advantageous as it used to be (perhaps because America has somewhat De Westernized thanks to the counterculture?).

I believe that Whites have a restlessness about them that's a superpower in terms of exploring and innovating, but amounts to a sort of "racial adhd" in a mature late civilizational context.
https://twitter.com/MatthewParrott/status/1733224106793799847?t=kCR0R38KFJfpzmKHxaPlcA&s=19
Jews, high caste Indians, and Fancy Asians are literally just culturally and genetically better suited to the current environment than we are. They have a patience and perpetuity that we can mimic but never match.
We have previously discussed how Jews are able to suppress their restlessness, perhaps because their involvement in occupations involving finance (where restlessness would be disadvantageous) has selected for this trait.
As for "high caste" Indians, we know (see Aryan diffusion part 3 confirmed) that many "high castes" (e.g. South Brahmins) only have a marginal amount of increased Turanian blood. If anything, they in fact have more Aryan blood than the "lower castes" (most Sramanic adjacent Hindu sects were started by South Brahmins, and many Buddhist monks were also South Brahmins). This is why "high caste" Indians are called "uninnovative", despite high IQ test scores and success in technical fields.
The same with "Fancy Asians"; despite high IQ test scores, they do not have the same creativity as "Whites", which is why they are called "bugmen".
Stuff like this is a huge "white pill" (putting incel terminology in quotes) moment, as it shows to me that in some ways the odds are in our favor. "Asians" should be using this opportunity to cash in and influence politics to destroy Western Civilization. But alas, I doubt many have the will for that..

My theory is that Whites don't generally have this restlessness, but certain tribes or ethnic groups within the broader race certainly do. They seek new frontiers and move on as it reaches civilization status and loses it's frontier lustre.
And this is why "Whites" are a problem.

ADHD is also a gatheroid (forager) trait BTW:
https://www.newscientist.com/article/2418114-adhd-may-have-evolved-to-help-foragers-know-when-to-cut-their-losses/#:~:text=Attention%20deficit%20hyperactivity%20disorder%20(ADHD,results%20of%20a%20new%20study.
The girl I was talking about in the other thread seemed to display ADHD esque traits (monopolizing the conversation (more talking and less listening), abruptly ending our conversation without notice and starting a conversation with another person (this could be a sign of social climbing)). In reality, her "introvertedness" seemed to be a consequence of her physique and stature, which made it difficult for her to socialize with ease due to being perceived as small and insignificant, but (as her face shape suggests) she is more extroverted and actually wants to socialize with a lot of people (especially "Whites"). In this regard I would say she is similar to incels.
BTW, I hold special contempt for social climbers in the workplace, as they have an unfair disadvantage over those perform their work better but are not social climbers.

ADHD May Have Improved Survival Of Foragers Who Knew When To Quit
Once again, human diversity may have been key to humanity’s rapid success.
Evidence has emerged for the evolutionary benefits of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in paleolithic times, potentially explaining its presence today. Indeed, in the study done, ADHD proved so advantageous it’s fair to ask why not everyone has it.
The presence of genetic conditions considered to be disadvantageous has posed a puzzle at least since Darwin. In some cases, mutations too recent to have been eliminated by natural selection can be blamed, but the survival of other traits only makes sense if we acknowledge they come with survival-enhancing factors. These may be less obvious than the drawbacks, but can be just as real.
Conditions like sickle cell anemia, for example, have long been recognized as a side-effect of survival enhancers, in that case, partial protection against malaria for carriers. Now, neurodiversity is starting to be considered in the same way. It's been proposed that ADHD may help stop foragers from wasting their time on fruitless searches, and now a team have found a way to test the idea.
University of Pennsylvania researchers had volunteers play a foraging game and perform a task seeking as many online berries as they could find within eight minutes on a virtual bush. After finding the most obvious fruit, participants had the choice of staying on the same bush or migrating to another one. The declining resource richness had to be weighed against the “travel” time to a new bush.
Participants were not clinically tested, but were asked to self-assess on a well-established ADHD survey. A remarkable 45 percent met the level considered indicative of ADHD, far above the level in the population. Whether this was because the way participants were recruited caused more people with ADHD symtpoms to sign up, or because the test was done during the pandemic when ADHD symptoms rose even among people not normally affected, is unknown.
Whether they had ADHD symptoms or not, everyone in the trial was more likely to move patches when the travel time to the alternative was shorter. Any other outcome would indicate something badly wrong with the test or make one wonder how humanity survived at all.
Almost as predictably, people with ADHD symptoms were more likely to choose to abandon their bush than neurotypical people. Interestingly, participants on average stayed longer in the familiar patch, despite declining rewards, than mathematical models predict would be ideal. As a result, people with ADHD symptoms got 16 percent more berries, although even they stuck around longer than would have been perfect for the conditions.
This raises the possibility the game does not accurately reflect the conditions in which humans evolve – for example by not taking into account the energy required to journey between bushes.
Nevertheless, it makes clear that under certain circumstances it’s a good thing to not be quite so stuck on a task.
“Our findings suggest that ADHD attributes may confer foraging advantages in some environments and invite the possibility that this condition may reflect an adaptation favoring exploration over exploitation,” the study’s authors report.
If ADHD was a universal winner for our ancestors, we would expect almost everyone to have it. Moreover, the authors note that hundreds of species’ approaches to such tasks have been tested, and all show similar patterns as to when to abandon a familiar, but declining, patch for pastures new. Something in our past must be driving most people to stay at the same bush in this game longer than would be ideal.
Whether this is because most foraging tasks were not like the one the game portrays, with greater penalties for moving too soon, or because perseverance was more useful at other tasks, is unclear.
Either way, it is likely our ancestors benefited from the neurodiversity within local populations. With some conditions favoring those with the symptoms we now call ADHD, and some favoring those without, tribes did best when they had a mixed population. Individual survival was as affected by the fitness of the tribe as the individual, so a diversity of mental approaches became fixed in the population, with some only becoming labeled a disorder much more recently.
A similar idea was recently proposed for developmental dyslexia, suggesting having a few people who preferred to explore new environments over efficient exploitation of familiar ones may have been key to survival in changing times.

The personality type that our enemies admire (and that Western civilization encourages - note positive correlation with wealth):
https://vdare.com/articles/remember-the-titan-why-do-super-rich-people-take-such-crazy-risks
Look at what Rush and Harding said and did before the trip.
Here is Rush, on the subject of safety and “breaking the rules”:
You know, at some point, safety just is pure waste. I mean, if you just want to be safe, don't get out of bed. Don’t get in your car. Don't do anything. At some point, you’re going to take some risk, and it really is a risk/reward question. I think I can do this just as safely by breaking the rules.
...
Harding was an adrenaline junkie who not only went into space but also explored Challenger Deep, the deepest part of the Marianas Trench at 36,000 feet, a Guinness record. “If something goes wrong, you are not coming back,” he told a reporter of that voyage [Hamish Harding, an Explorer Who Knew No Bounds, Dies at 58, by Alex Williams, The New York Times, June 22, 2023].
...
even the reasonably wealthy, being high in Extraversion, are big risk-takers who chase the positive reward of the stimulation and dopamine hit that risk provides them. Their openness to novelty makes them feel the same way: It triggers dopamine and adrenaline [The neuromodulator of exploration: A unifying theory of the role of dopamine in personality, By Colin DeYoung, Frontiers in Human Neuroscience, November 14, 2013].
A specific study of the super-rich found the relationship even more pronounced. They are extremely high in openness and extraversion compared to the general population. Their need for the stimulation associated with entrepreneurial risk-taking not only helps them make money but also makes them attracted to extraordinarily dangerous and superficially-bizarre adventures.
They are also low in agreeableness. That endows them with the killer instinct that helps them rise to the top of the business world, yet also suggests they are unlikely to say to themselves, “I’d best not go this fantastically dangerous jaunt, it might worry my wife and children.” They are also very low in neuroticism, so they don’t worry much about the consequences of their risks [Extroverted, but not neurotic: Here's how the ultra-wealthy score on personality tests, By Taylor Nicole Rogers, Business Insider, September 14, 2019].
So, simply from the modal personality type of the super-rich, we can understand why something as manifestly minacious as a voyage to the bottom of the sea in a tiny, relatively untested craft would be attractive.
But here’s even more to their spirit of adventure than that. They want to “feel alive,” as the old saying goes.
Some evidence shows that we “feel alive” under stress, particularly in a life-threatening endeavor. Under this kind of stress, we are in an “evolutionary match” with our own past. For most of human history, everyone was surrounded by death and disaster. So when we are exposed to what is known as “mortality salience” or just extreme stress more generally, evolutionary instincts kick in.
...
Unfortunately for the Titan’s ill-fated passengers, this desire to feel “alive” cost them their lives. But their adventure should not be dismissed as a wasteful, vanity project for people who have too much money and therefore deserve a bigger tax bill, as one British-Asian journalist wrote [Boris Johnson hits out at ‘lefties’ questioning Titanic sub trip: ‘They are heroes’, Independent, June 23, 2023].
It should be condemned as a wasteful vanity project for people who have too much inferior blood and therefore deserve to to prohibited from reproducing. See also:

I have always theorized that in the tech industry, regular workers, even those that make it to the executive level, are less Westernized than VC/founder types, due to the latter selecting specifically for traits such as extrovertedness, innovativeness, and aggressiveness. The success of Israel's high-tech sector over the past two decades has attracted recent attention from business journalists and The Economist describes Start-up Nation as the most notable of a "growing pile" of books on the subject.[6]

I think "autism" is such a broad spectrum and seems to consist of many different root causes manifesting with broadly similar 'symptoms', that it is useless to talk about the diagnosis as a single cohesive thing. Some people diagnosed with autism are so retarded that they are unable to understand/express many emotions and have severe difficulty learning things. Others seem to be somewhat normal people who fall into the extreme of "nerdy" personality traits, with normal intelligence but difficulty with social matters. Others still have been suggested to be "hyper-empaths" who are so perceptive of emotions and social matters that they become emotionally-overloaded and short-circuit. This outwardly manifests in symptoms that seem similar to the individuals who genuinely are unable to understand emotions.
Others may be diagnosed with autism because they do not comply with Western cultural and psychological standards. (For example, in many cultures it is discouraged or even considered an extreme taboo to make eye contact with people for various reasons, but apparently this is considered a major 'symptom' of autism. ...Or, you know, the child has been so traumatized by their parents/adults that they try to avoid initiating contact with them at all costs by avoiding eye contact).
I think this is similar to ADHD to some extent as well. There may be evolutionary causes for hunters and herders to have evolved ADHD, but kids are also diagnosed with ADHD simply because they get bored as hell by the Western school system, and instead of adapting the system to the kids, they drug the kids so they comply with the system.
(For reference, here's a study about how ADHD could benefit herders as well. I think there are other articles on this subject also.)
https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn14100-did-hyperactivity-evolve-as-a-survival-aid-for-nomads/
I recall reading a study which examined brainwave scans, which determined that a disease as uncontroversial as schizophrenia is actually something like 7 different things that all express somewhat similar symptoms, but have different root causes in the brain. Things like ADHD and autism, which are much more complex and have a broader range of symptoms, likely have many more root causes.
-
I wanted to point out that Autism seems to be a different phenomenon (and hence would have evolved under different selective pressure) than ADHD. Autistic kids are usually ones who are only capable of doing the same activity for a long period of time, while they are unable to deal with multitasking. This is in contrast to ADHD kids, who are unable to do the same activity for a long period of time.
What do you think?

Interesting stuff. I would imagine farmers would eat more during the fall and winter months to gain some fat as a protection against colder weather, no? Is there evidence that neolithic peoples crafted winter clothing at all, or did they stay inside mostly near fires? (Even in a warmer climate region a drop of ten degrees will still feel cold to a person that lives in that region year round will it not?)
I question whether we'd insulate ourselves with fat or just rev up our metabolism to increase heat production, since the body preferentially burns excess carbohydrates as heat and excitement rather than converting them to fat (de novo lipogenesis is notoriously inefficient). In any case, excess calories are already being used, so you'd need to intentionally eat more just so you can make art, or happen to have a hearty appetite (gorging is a hunter-gatherer trait) and spontaneously use that energy artistically.
But we're talking as if artists in the Neolithic were equally farmers. A hallmark of farming was that it created surplus which allowed for specialization. Art also doesn't require as many calories as physical labour, so instead of eating more, artists could choose to eat less in exchange for working less. The carbohydrate-rich diet of farming societies would be ideal for artists and thinkers in terms of caloric efficiency, since the brain disproportionately prefers glucose compared to the muscles.
-
Interesting stuff.
-
Exactly. My mother frequently remarks that those in non-agricultural occupations should not eat as much as those in agricultural occupations. I agree with her.
-
Or they could eat less.
-
I agree that artists can maintain better focus in quiet hours, but disagree that this implies they must be night owls. I myself access such hours by going to sleep early in the evening and getting up several hours before dawn. I imagine Golden Age Aryan artists similarly getting in a few hours of art before starting farm work, which seems to make more sense than trying to do art in physical fatigue after a day's farm work? (When I'm physically tired, I just want to eat and then sleep!)
Farmers only work full days during parts of the year when they need to till, sow, and harvest. If they eat the same calories in the same pattern (modest breakfasts, hearty dinners) during less labour intensive periods, surplus energy would be most concentrated after dinner when the body and mind are flooded with glucose, which is no longer all being quickly used up to replenish and recover.
-
"There is some evidence that artists especially are night owls because they can maintain better focus when there's no people around to bother them."

"I suspect many children are night owls because during those hours there are no working adults around...."
I agree that children may relish quiet hours, but again waking extra early is as valid a way of accessing these hours as is going to sleep extra late.
As for Hitler, from your article:
He was said to have been at Hitler's retreat in Obersalzberg in the Bavarian Alps between 1943 and 1944.
I doubt Hitler was concentrating on painting by then! He was much more likely working on WWII!
-
I would also add this to the debate:
Obernigg provided British intelligence officers with a detailed description of Hitler's daily routine at the retreat. Hitler was said to favor waking up at about 10 a.m., breakfasted on coffee, bread and marmalade shortly afterward, and received visitors including his doctor in the afternoon. The accounts show he apparently worked until late in the night and went to sleep as late as 4 a.m.
The deserter also described Hitler's attitude toward his personal guards.
"Hitler cannot bear to feel himself watched ... guards were instructed to keep him in sight but to remain unobserved themselves," said Obernigg, according to the files.
https://www.ctvnews.ca/newly-released-files-show-hitler-s-daily-routine-1.568696
I may not be able to relate to Hitler's sleeping schedule, but I can relate to him not wanting to be watched. lol!
Lastly, just because a farmer gets up at 5:00 a.m. to catch the sunrise does not necessarily mean he enjoys it. Did the aristocracy the neolithic revolution created also rise at 5:00 a.m. to catch the sunrise along with the farmers? What about the temple priests? There is some evidence that artists especially are night owls because they can maintain better focus when there's no people around to bother them. When I used to stay up into the early morning hours I was either playing video games or working on art. Now that I own my own business I cannot afford those hours any longer. I suspect many children are night owls because during those hours there are no working adults around....
-
Getting up early to farm is a whole lot different than getting up early because you think it is good for you health wise are very different concepts though, are they not? Getting up early to farm is a necessity and benefits a community, whereas the latter is for ones own supposed personnel gain, right? Even if getting up early was proven to be a health risk farmers would still have to do it, much like soldiers do....
-
I was never a night owl, but my student life has made me into one for the past seven years. I am thinking of quitting and taking up another occupation, hence I created the "Aryan Occupations" thread in the "Questions and Debates" section.
-
From your link:
My body naturally wants to go to bed around 2 a.m. and rise around 10 a.m. Whenever I try to adjust to an early schedule, my brain is like mush. Conversely, I light up like the Rockefeller 9 p.m., and for the next few hours I am my most me: alert, clever, inspired to create.
...
“Night owls are not owls by choice,” he writes. “They are bound to a delayed schedule by unavoidable DNA hard wiring. It is not their conscious fault, but rather their genetic fate.”
(For further proof, researchers at Rockefeller University last year announced the discovery of a gene mutation that apparently accounts for D.S.P.S., meaning that I am, I suppose, a mutant, just like Godzilla and The Toxic Avenger).
...
That might even serve an evolutionary purpose. When early humans lived in small tribes, as in the early scenes of “2001: A Space Odyssey,” staggered sleep schedules bestowed a survival advantage: Someone was always awake to watch for prowling leopards and club-wielding rivals, according to the book.
We have in the past hypothesized that preferring to sleep late is a Turanian trait, as nomadic herding requires guarding herds from nocturnal predators, as well as sometimes travelling at night.
Whereas getting up by sunrise is of course an Aryan trait, in order to start work while the air is still cool and finish the day's work before dusk. The article seems to agree:
The rise of agriculture brought fields to till at daybreak.
In any case, night owls are inferior:
Various studies have suggested that night owls also drink more, smoke more and have more sex partners (perhaps because it is easier to get lucky at a bar at midnight than in a Starbucks at 7 a.m.). Other research has drawn links to the dark triad of personality disorders: psychopathy, Machiavellianism and narcissism.
...
“I was never a morning person,” Mark Zuckerberg, the Facebook founder, said in a 2016 Facebook video interview with Jerry Seinfeld. He reportedly rises around 8 a.m., hours later than traditional executives, but perfectly in line with hacker hours that prevail in Silicon Valley.
...
Aaron Levie, the chief executive of Box, told Fast Company that he usually sleeps between 3 and 10 a.m. “I don’t use many apps,” he said. “I use naps.”
...
In 2009, Satoshi Kanazawa, a provocative evolutionary psychologist from the London School of Economics and Political Science, inspired many headlines with a study that attempted to suggest that night owls may be more intelligent than larks.
Other researchers have suggested that we are preternaturally wired to take risks, a quality that I tend to associate with entrepreneurial verve. A 2014 University of Chicago study found that night owls were “associated with greater general risk-taking” in matters of finance, ethics and leisure.
We all already know Zuckerberg, but for those who don't know Levie:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aaron_Levie
Aaron Levie was born to a Jewish family from Mercer Island, Washington, a small suburb of Seattle.

In other words, don't take health advice from Westerners ever! Learn to trust your own body and consciousness. Westerners also love to believe that "one size fits all" because that is how Western capitalism and Western culture functions. Westerners love generalizations because they are incapable of treating people as individuals. What works for one person may not work for another person, but not in the Western mindset. If what works for them does not work for you a Westerner will believe their is something wrong with you. Watch all these Western fitness freaks on social media for a while with what is previously stated here and you will begin to see how flawed their thinking and attitudes actually are.

Also, it's noble to reject Capitalist slave-labour.
Can those lazy unemployed crackers perform this type of strenuous labor? Are they even willing to in the first place?:

Thank you for providing an example of a different excuse for being lazy.
I'm legitimately concerned about your aims and the fact you would likely use my input to violent ends. This has nothing to do with "laziness". Previously I would've jumped at the opportunity to volunteer, but now after getting to know you I have no interest in working at your behest. I'm currently working on my own project and I thank you for your inspiration nonetheless.

No, typically you wouldn't. But a quick look into their activities reveals that many of them are unemployed, often relying on ad revenue from social media for income, i.e. they are non producers who consume without contributing economically.
A lot of Western youth have fallen for that trap it seems, not just rightists. They believe it makes them "free", never realizing of course that they are more enslaved than ever before. But alas, slaves wouldn't be slaves without their slavish mentality.

To be perfectly honest, laziness is also a problem within the True Left, though at least lazy True Leftists would not use the above excuse.

I've also learned that both people with ADHD and people with ADD are capable of hyperfocus but only for things that interest them, and find it difficult to concentrate on things that do not interest them. This describes me well. I was horrified as a child by the thought of having a 9-5 job and doing the same thing every day. So it sounds like ADD/ADHD and autism are not opposites and can exist in the same person.
According to WebMD: "Those with autism struggle to focus on things that they don't like, such as reading a book or doing a puzzle. And they may fixate on things that they do like, such as playing with a particular toy. Kids with ADHD dislike and avoid things they'll have to concentrate on."
Edit: My personal experience with people with ADHD tells me they CAN focus on things they're interested in but it needs to be "exciting, stimulating" things like FPS games and hunting otherwise they're easily distracted.
Edit 2: Autism and ADHD are often diagnosed simultaneously but they're easily confused, you can have "aspects" of both, if you're screened for one condition you're gonna be screened for others, and diagnoses are largely made from a "treatment" standpoint.
I'm autistic and often didn't focus on schoolwork because I was bored/daydreaming; not for inability to quietly focus on something for hours, I'm too good at that. I'm also hypersensitive to sensory stimuli (which both conditions feature), and often "in my own world", both of which can create difficulty paying attention to certain things. But I demand peace and quiet, because I love quietly focusing; meditating, writing, reading, drawing, gardening, for hours and hours. I don't crave variety, change, multitasking, dopamine/adrenaline rushes.
I feel like Aryanism and religion appeal to my autistic mind ;)

http://the-big-ger-picture.blogspot.com/2021/01/how-neurodiverse-people-are-like-hunter.html
Autism is basically the opposite of ADHD, the only thing they share is difficulty fitting in socially/societally, sensory/emotional issues, and they're more often diagnosed in males ("why" is a subject of debate - more on this below). Autism associated with retaining synapses/grey matter from childhood/infancy, at the expense of developing mature, "functional" networks like the Default Mode Network through synaptic pruning. ADHD is associated with having fewer synapses/grey matter than normal and a hyperactive Default Mode Network (which inhibits the Task Positive Network; whereas neurotypical people can readily switch between them).
---
Gender in ADHD and Autism:
One thing that can be said is Autism and ADHD are more "symptomatically" masculine. Females can better compensate for attention, linguistic and social deficits; which alone could result in disproportionate diagnosis in males. But they're not just a set of deficits - they're entire phenotypes and their diagnosis isn't necessarily parallel to their natural selection.
(note, neurodiversity is a spectrum and people in these categories don't necessarily exemplify them 100%)
The Autistic phenotype: Consistency, focused (unless disinterested/distracted), less reward-dependent, inhibited, hypotonic, impaired social tact, dislikes small-talk, organized, hyposexual
The ADHD phenotype: Variety, unfocused (unless sufficiently stimulated), more reward-dependent, disinhibited, hypertonic, impaired affective empathy, chatty, messy, hypersexual
If they both are indeed more prevalent in males this could suggest fisher and hunter types respectively, but the deceptive tact of fishing contradicts autistic guilelessness, and autistic people would prefer the predictable, logical routine of farming, which they can be directly and single-mindedly involved in. In my experience autistic people communicate with/relate to animals extraordinarily well in spite of our difficulties with humans, and we experience intense affective empathy. Edit: I asked recently in an Autism group on Facebook, "how well do you communicate with animals?" and the vast majority of people expressed above average ability, happy not having to worry about the convoluted rules and unfrankness peculiar to humans.
---
Results of a survey I posted in several Facebook groups (a "random polls" group, an Autism group, and an ADHD group). "Which role would you prefer?" The sample size was only 50-100 people and the results didn't differ drastically (besides hunting being extremely unpopular among Autistics) but maybe it's interesting nonetheless. I was surprised that hunting and fishing were equally popular among people with ADHD, since my two friends with ADHD are both enthusiastic hunters. One commenter said they didn't have the patience for stalking prey. Quite honestly I've always been more averse to normies than the neurodivergent, they are the "fit" ones - the pawns to do nature's bidding.

pathwaystofamilywellness.org/Wellness-Lifestyle/hunters-and-farmers-the-origins-of-adhd.html
So, the question: where did ADHD come from? If you compare the list of classic ADHD symptoms to a list of the characteristics of a good hunter (as seen on page 20), you’ll see that they match almost perfectly. In other words, an individual with the ADHD collection of characteristics would make an extraordinarily good hunter. A failure to have any one of those characteristics might mean death in the forest or jungle.
If ADHD is a collection of skills and predilections necessary for the success and survival of a good hunter, what about non-ADHD people? Where did their skills evolve from, and why do they represent the majority of the people in our culture? The answer lies with the second basic type of culture that primitive man produced: the agricultural society. In this sort of community, farmers were the ones who provided sustenance and survival. And the skills of a good farmer are quite different from those of a good hunter.
This would also explain why ADHD is much more common among men than among women, since men did most of the hunting in Gentile societies and hence selective pressure for ADHD would have been stronger in men:
Some estimates put ADHD as occurring in 20 percent of males and 5 percent of females.
However, ADHD is not a necessary trait to be a good hunter, merely an advantageous trait, therefore many of what we call Gentiles need not have ADHD. It would certainly be a mistake to presume that the % of ADHD people corresponds to the Gentile %. In particular, Gentiles would not have been selected for ADHD provided they were fishers rather than (land) hunters, since fishing is completely different from hunting in terms of temperament required for success.
I am increasingly finding it plausible that, during the Neolithic Revolution, fisher Gentiles were the ones initially learning farming from - as well as mixing bloodlines with - Aryans, not only because their racially typical temperament was likely to have been more amenable to farming than that of the hunter Gentiles, but also because they would have lived near rivers anyway, hence were probably the first to encounter newly arriving Aryans. (This does not imply that I ethically despise fisher Gentiles any less.)

I have ADHD. They made me take amphetamines when I was in school. I don't want that to happen to any other kids.
Combine that with my lactose tolerance, hell, my last name translates into "Sheep Paddock," I made the right choice early on not to reproduce.

If we consider the notion that Trump might just have ADHD, the question becomes less mystifying. The reason Donald Trump can’t stay on message is that his brain actually does not support this way of processing information.
...
In fact, he most likely does not recognize this as a problem. From the lens of ADHD, one can imagine Trump answering back, “What do you mean, stay on message? There are hundreds of messages — and I’m addressing them all!” To the ADHD mind, that is not a contradictory statement. That is how information is processed.
...
Yet another symptom adults with ADHD demonstrate is a constant attraction — if not addiction — to excitement. They crave adrenaline highs.
...
Another issue for adults with ADHD is that they tend to fall into the trap of overpromising. People with ADHD are often so convinced that the next new thing will “save the day” that they are willing to promise anything and everything just to continue to follow their new obsession.
...
if it is true that Donald Trump struggles with ADHD, he actually believes he can deliver. He actually intends to see this thing through, and may not even become aware that what he intends to achieve is impossible. Or, he may lose interest prior to that point — and truly not understand why people could be upset at his actions.

Interesting post. I'd be interested also to know what relationship, if any, ADHD has to high and low blood pressure? I do not have ADHD and I've always had a very low resting blood pressure, to the point were it has actually caused some doctors concern when checking my blood pressure, often making them check twice just to be sure. I also have an extremely high fear threshold, I can probably count on one hand, maybe two, the number of times my fight or flight mechanism has been triggered. I can also run long distances quickly, which has surprised many people because I'm only 5'10" and do not look like I'm built for long distance running. My lack of fear has actually put me in some very dangerous situations in hindsight.
I would also like to take issue here with the Aryan ideal of not building muscle in the gym by lifting weights heavier than ones own body weight. A person can build massive muscle in the gym by simply lifting light weight with contracted muscles. That person would only need eat half their body weight in grams of protein everyday to build a lot of muscle fast. This can be done efficiently, and without wasting resources. Two cans of beans and a protein shake would do it.
You can build big muscle just by lifting 10 pounds of weight repeatedly with contracted\flexed muscles....
I'm not suggesting that people should do that either, nor do I appreciate physiques with massive amounts of muscle, or high-sexual dimorphism. I'm just pointing out what is stated on the main sight in this regard is not accurate.
---
"I'm only 5'10" and do not look like I'm built for long distance running"
I'm not sure why you say "only" 5'10", which is already above average for long distance runners:
www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=1164007
The average height & Weight for the top 10 ranked marathoners is as follows:
For men:
5'7.75" and 129.5 lbs.
...
For women:
5'3.92" and 104.2 lbs.
"I would also like to take issue here with the Aryan ideal of not building muscle in the gym by lifting weights heavier than ones own body weight. A person can build massive muscle in the gym by simply lifting light weight with contracted muscles."
Those were meant to be two independent points:
1) do not build excess muscle
2) do not lift weights heavier than one's own body weight
The reason for 1) is that excess muscle costs extra energy to maintain, which is wasteful.
The reason for 2) is that muscles are evolved to support no more than our own body weight, therefore to lift significantly heavier weights on a frequent basis is to unhealthily overexert them.
