Not necessarily. I currently speculate that the heritable component of Eurocentrism comes from Gentile blood memory in general. Even a non-Giant Gentile from a part of the world where there was previously no Giant presence can encounter a Giant for the first time and immediately sense that the Giant would be a more effective hunter, and hence that reproducing with the Giant would tend to produce offspring who are more effective hunters than offspring produced with the local Gentile type.

Giants are one type of Gentile.

Also, robustness and sexual dimorphism are not the same thing. If a population evolves such that one gender becomes on average less robust over time, average robustness has decreased but average sexual dimorphism has increased.
