Maybe Yahweh is none other than one's self. How do you consider this possibility, 90sRetroFan?

Not answering for 90sRF here, but the best way to describe Yahweh is with the belief that 'something created is inherently good simply because it was created'. This is a relativist view point and why Jews believe in relativity. Adam and Eve were only naughty in Yahweh's eye after Eve bit from the apple that granted both of them knowledge of good and evil. Question: are the nuclear weapons that Jews invented inherently good just because they were created? What about all the other machines and technology that came out of the industrial revolution, are all those machines good simply because they were created in the first place?

From an absolute moral standpoint, something is not inherently deemed good simply because it was created...

The basic laws of the universe are simple, but because our senses are limited, we can't grasp them. There is a pattern in creation. I cannot imagine a God who rewards and punishes the objects of his creation, whose purposes are modeled after our own -- a God, in short, who is but a reflection of human frailty. — Albert Einstein
