In other words, rightists who do not express racism are not ideologically opposed to racism, but rather at that point in time merely consider it inconvenient to express their racism. Even when they appear to criticize other rightists for expressing racism, they are criticizing on the grounds of optics only.
This is logically to be expected: anyone who is pro-Western must at least not mind Western civilization's extensive history of racism. (They generally believe that "non-whites" even despite being victims of racism should be grateful to "whites", as "non-whites" still got (*gasp*)
MODERNITY only thanks to "whites".
