"I'm not even sure that it does directly. But the Woke reforms in education (which are driven by it) might help somewhat. Most importantly, however, Demographic Blueshift allows the US military to be used against Israel. Just destroying Israel would lower technical proficiency to a greater degree than any other realistic single action we could take."
So if lowering technically proficiency is not necessarily contingent on Demographic Blueshift selecting for the trait, then in that case, would you agree that we shouldn't necessarily encourage an immigration policy that actively selects for low technical proficiency per se?
The ignoble immigrants with low technical proficiency, for example, will view other "non-Whites" with high technical proficiency as their competitors and will fight with them. Ignoble "Blacks" for example, would view all "Asians" (who may or may not be ignoble) as evil for occupying major positions in the high-tech sector in disproportionately high numbers relative to their population, due to the fact that immigrants of low-technical proficiency now outnumber immigrants of high technical proficiency. While this problem already exists to a certain extent, actively selecting for low technical proficiency would exacerbate it.
In turn, this will allow "Whites" to point the finger at "Asians" and away from themselves (and Jews), in effect nullifying any chances of destroying Israel. Not only that, but the ignoble "Blacks" will become more open to embracing high technical proficiency as the "Whites" can now convince them the development of more machines is in their (Eurocentric) reproductive interest!
Indeed, we find that by actively selecting for low-technical proficiency, the average technical proficiency might actually end up being raised in the process!
Contrast this to an immigration policy that neither actively selects for nor actively discriminates against low technical proficiency but which instead simply selects for non-Westerners broadly, thus balancing out the number of migrants from each ethnicity, thereby precluding (or at the very least mitigating the possibility of) inter-ethnic conflict between "non-Whites".
