Hmm.. You definitely have a point. The "pizza hut" just looks like one of the buildings in my neighborhood, and I myself don't have any problems seeing them in my day-to-day life. The Western church on the other hand is so jarring that it would completely alter the spiritual ambiance of my neighborhood. So in that regard, yes, the former church is superior.
