WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Donald Trump's claimed U.S. presidential election victory on Wednesday will essentially end the criminal cases brought against him, at least for the four years he occupies the White House....Trump, a Republican, told an interviewer on Oct. 24 that he would fire U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith -- who led the federal prosecutions over his attempts to overturn his election defeat and retention of classified documents after leaving office -- "within two seconds" of being sworn in.
They are all in violation of their oath if they don’t stop the certification.
If Congress doesn't have the balls to block Trump's certification, then they should all lose their jobs due to incompetency.

Those five Justices gave aid and comfort to an insurrectionist.
THEY TOO should be DISQUALIFIED from OFFICE !!!
And they should be in prison along with Trump
Those five judges are also part of the insurrection. Every damn one of them must be held accountable.
If our sitting lawmakers do not act to disqualify Trump it implies that every member of Congress is in violation of their oath to serve and protect the constitution.
