So now instead of the announcement being serendipitously positioned between the two Lupin III songs sung by Sailor Moon voice actors, we now have the **** Pet Shop Boys gatecrashing the lineup. Oh well, at least get get a real-time microcosm of how there truly is no safe space from the ravages of Eurocentrism.....

Did you enjoy Lupin III month? I chose to focus on the pre-2000 music because I feel that the closing decades of the 20th century is the period which Lupin authentically belongs in, and I believe that the songs and BGMs that I have chosen reflect this: these are sounds from an indescribably better era that ended a long time ago, and that's the way we should let it stay. Why force more and more unnecessary new additions to the Lupin musical repository year after year? Why not just relisten to it when it was not only at its purest and best, but effortlessly so? It never felt insufficient back then, so why should it ever? I present our finale:
