Trump’s team was preparing a list of countries that it could send migrants to should their home countries not agree to take them back.

It remains unclear whether any countries will agree to take in deported, third-country migrants and asylum seekers when Trump takes office again in January.
If the Bahamas can refuse, ,why can't the others?
Also, this should not be only about third-country migrants. If anything, a country has more reason to refuse to take refugees who fled itself, since it is the very country the refugees were fleeing from, duh!
