White supremacists hijack and flood Asian American lawmaker’s Zoom meeting with racism, pornography

Yuh-Line Niou, a Taiwanese American politician representing Lower Manhattan, was hosting a virtual volunteer organizing event on Monday when the white supremacists appeared and disrupted their meeting, reported PIX11.

According to Niou, the offenders shared pornographic images, used racist language and shouted “white power” throughout the ordeal.
...
Niou, who is currently running for state senate against Sen. Brian Kavanagh, said the Zoom bombers showed “pornography that had racial epithets written on it.”

“They started to call me names, an ‘Asian ch*nk wh*re’ was the one that was loudly said,” she added.

Niou and her team were not able to record the incident as they were focused on kicking the trespassers out and maintaining control of the event. They have since reported the incident to Zoom.

Several participants of the Zoom later confirmed what happened. According to state assembly candidate Illapa Sairitupac, who was among those exposed to “explicit sexual language that implied sexual violence,” said, “No matter what your politics are, it is unacceptable to stoop this low.”

Sairitupac, a son of Indigenous Peruvian immigrants, further slammed the attack on Twitter by stating he was “outraged” by the “racism and sexism.”
...
Last month, Niou was also targeted with racially charged comments from New York gubernatorial hopeful Derrick Gibson, who told her to “Go back to China” before challenging her to call him “a racist,” as NextShark previously reported.

In response to Gibson, Niou said, “You’re a racist.”

The only good thing to come out of this is the solidarity between fellow historical victims of colonialism cutting across ethnic lines.

Man thinks it's ok to be "White" on Singapore MRT, gets arrested:

I still can't believe the other passengers just stood by. They outnumber that cracker 20 to 1 and could have easily put him out.
But alas, if "non-Whites" had maintained unity against "Whites, the colonial era never would have happened to begin with.

SINGAPORE (AP) — An Australian man pleaded guilty on Friday to hurling a wine bottle from his apartment at a group of Muslims having a dinner party that struck and killed a Singaporean man.

Andrew Gosling is being tried in a Singapore court on a charge of committing a rash act that caused the death of 73-year-old delivery driver Nasiari Sunee in August 2019. He also pleaded guilty to another charge of injuring Nasiari's wife.
...
They said Gosling committed the offenses after seeing a dinner gathering of ethnic Malay Muslims from his apartment balcony. He told police that he initially thought of using a weapon such as a gun to shoot at the group, but decided against it because he felt it would be a “heinous act.”

When he went to the rubbish chute on the seventh floor where he lived, he found an empty wine bottle and hurled it at the group two floors down, hitting Nasiari on the head as he was about to eat at a relative's house-warming party.

The bottle ricocheted off Nasiari’s head and struck his wife, injuring her shoulder. Nasiari received severe head injuries and died the next morning.
...
“This was no random rash act ... he had hostile thoughts toward Muslims and acted on his hostility by aiming the bottle at the area near Nasiari’s table," deputy public prosecutor G. Kannan said.

“He fled the scene to evade detection, shouting crude, religiously charged vulgarities about Muslims. …. The rash act cannot be viewed in isolation. It must be seen together with the religious aggravation," Kannan said, calling the action “outrageous, senseless and appalling."

Any meaningful punishment should at the very least entail having the perpetrator's reproductive potential removed.

He should be strapped to a chair and slowly beaten to death with empty wine bottles!

Sikh high school student suspended along with bullies who allegedly attacked him, knocked his turban off

The assaulted student was later treated for his injuries, but the high school reportedly suspended him along with the other students involved.

“I am shaken by what happened to me, and frustrated that I am being punished for being targeted and beaten," the student said in a statement released by the Sikh Coalition. “To attack another person’s faith — to strike at my turban — is completely unacceptable. No one should have to face that threat anywhere, let alone at school.”

The Sikh American advocacy group that defends Sikh civil rights noted the assault is not the first case of bullying against Sikh students at the school.

“We believe there is a pattern of bullying Punjabi Sikh students — especially those wearing turbans — that has gone unaddressed by WCHS administrators,” Sikh Coalition Legal Director Amrith Kaur Aakre said.

White student gets ‘modified expulsion’ after video shows him beating Black student
...
Students at an Arkansas high school pushed back against what they deemed as unfair treatment after a Black student and a white student were given an equal suspension for fighting, despite the Black student’s previous reports of being bullied.

The encounter at Fordyce High School, located in the city bearing the same name, was captured on video, and a recent report from Fox16 says the video ”blew up” on Thursday, Feb. 24. It is unclear on what date the fight occurred. The clip shows a Black male student being punched, kicked, pushed and placed in a choke hold by a white student in what appears to be a school locker room. The targeted student appears to fall unconscious, where he continues to be kicked in his back and head.

Both students were suspended for the same amount of time, according to the news station.

A Maryland county is investigating racialized threats made against Black middle school students by white students on social media. Law enforcement found images on Instagram and Snapchat that featured three young people holding what appears to be firearms, and captions that suggested the group wanted to kill Black students at the school.
...
He said that the investigation is continuing, and they are receiving messages from Black students that the three boys reached out to directly to intimidate.

Do the victims of intimidation have firearms of their own? If not, they should purchase some.

"White" LARPing:

Here we go again with another incredibly racist school incident. A white high school student has been charged with a hate crime after someone caught a video of him whipping a Black student with his belt, reported The Associated Press. The student was also reported to have thrown cotton balls at him.

Per video footage, the incident happened in the school cafeteria at Vandebilt Catholic High School in Houma March 9. The 15-year-old white freshman walked up behind the Black student and proceeded to throw cotton balls at him and whipped him with his belt. The Black student stood up and pushed him away.

The victim should have responded by LARPing as Nat Turner:

I disagree with Richey. The correct response to racists telling their victims "We don't want you here!" is not to say to the victims "We do want you here!", but to say to the racists "We don't want you here!" The difference between the former and the latter is the difference between False Left and True Left. Furthermore, I strongly disagree with Carollo that racists are invited to be part of everybody else if they drop their racism. (If we do things Carollo's way, what's to stop people being racist when it is convenient for themselves and then dropping it when it convenient for themselves?) No, racists excluded themselves from everyone else when they picked up their racism, and they do not get to come back in ever again.

I would allow them to return on one condition only: in pieces or in a body bag.

A Utah Student Was Slapped, But a Teacher Punished Him While His Attacker Faced Zero Consequences, Says Lawsuit Filed by Mother Seeking to Address ‘Daily’ Racist Abuse

Racial harassment in the Davis School District in Utah is so severe that the U.S. Department of Justice had to intervene, but that has not stopped the blatant racism Black students deal with daily, according to a new lawsuit obtained by Atlanta Black Star.

Nicole Sieger says her son has faced numerous racist encounters since the DOJ found out the district consistently ignored hundreds of reports of racial harassment for years. Sieger said her son has been called a “cotton picker” and the N-word by students and racially stereotyped by teachers and administrators over the past several months.

“Over this last school year, my son has been the target of certain faculty and administrators in his school,” Sieger said in a statement. “Though I have tried to deal with the school and school district directly to stop the targeting of my son, I found that the end result was an attitude of ‘What has happened to your son has happened and there is nothing we can do to fix it now.’”

Sieger said a white student slapped her son in the face after he told the student to be quiet during a school assembly. Sieger and her attorneys allege Cassie Grether, a white teacher who saw the incident, did not punish the other student.

Instead, she gave Seiger’s son, identified in the lawsuit as S.S., an unsatisfactory grade in conduct because he tapped the white student on the shoulder, thereby instigating the fracas. The white student, on the other hand, was never spoken to nor received any punishment, according to the complaint.

The ninth grader was also falsely accused by administrators and school staff, according to Seiger’s lawsuit. In February, he was asked to locate classmates missing from class. S.S. found the other students in the bathroom using illegal drugs.

When he reported it to a teacher, he was accused of selling the drugs to the students. The school secretary, Tracy Nolan, searched his bag, and she did not find anything, but school officials did not search the students he saw using the drugs, the suit claims.

Later that day, S.S. was questioned by the school vice principal, Martin Hardy, who accused him of “criminal conduct” with a female student. S.S. said he kissed the girl and could not understand why that would be an issue.

Hardy insisted S.S. tell him the “rest of the story,” and the “whole thing” was on the school district’s video, the complaint said. When Seiger spoke to district officials, they said the video did not exist.
They also assured her that S.S. would not receive a poor grade in conduct.

Seilger named Hardy, Nolan and Grether in the federal civil rights against the school district.

The DOJ reviewed reports from 2015 to 2020 for the school district of nearly 73,000 students and found hundreds of documented uses of the N-word, other racial epithets and derogatory racial comments.

Black and Asian-American students, who each account for 1 percent of the student population, were also physically assaulted at dozens of schools, the DOJ said. The nation’s top law enforcement agency said Davis Schools failed to respond to the harassment, which led students to believe “the district condoned the behavior.”

The DOJ said the district rejected requests for Black student groups, while similar requests from their peers were approved. Black students were also disciplined more harshly than white students for similar behavior in the district, the DOJ said.

Under the agreement, Davis Schools had to hire a consultant to review and revise anti-discrimination policies and implement reforms. In addition, the school system had to create a department to handle discrimination complaints and create a reporting system for complaints. It called on the system to train staff and educate students and parents on reporting and responding to complaints.

The district told The Salt Lake Tribune it has implemented reforms. Sieger and her attorney say the district breached the agreement and she is seeking damages as a result. Sieger said her son has anxiety and stomach aches every day before school, where he is called racist expletives on a “daily basis.” It has affected his grades, the family claims.

Before the DOJ took action, the family of a biracial boy sued the district over a 2019 incident in which he was pinned in the doors of a school bus and left to dangle as the bus driver continued to drive.

According to reports, the parents of a Black autistic girl who committed suicide are also considering filing a lawsuit. Izzy Tichenor’s mother told reporters she called the district several times to complain about bullying before her daughter died.

Does Sieger own a firearm? If so, why has she not yet used it against the racists?
