I didn't watch the video, but that seems like old news? Back in October, John Eastman already admitted he was on a conference call with over 300 Republican officials:

Although, it could also be referring to meeting with Republicans in federal Congress in order to run through their plan for the Coup Vote. Worse, Eastman says in "every precinct across the country" there are "homegrown" Republican agents who are preparing to steal the upcoming elections.

However, the newly elected District Attorney Alvin Bragg took office on January 1 and promptly killed the investigating, including returning evidence to witnesses. A public outcry followed. So now, DA Bragg is trying to talk his way out of his earlier decision attempting to sell to New Yorkers the claim that he really is still investigating Donald Trump's crimes.

We are seeing the judicial branch - through the statements and rulings of multiple federal judges - announcing that Donald Trump committed crimes against the United States. But we have yet to see or hear anything from the executive branch, the only branch that can actually indict and prosecute Trump for the crimes the other two branches of government have concluded he committed.
