Firstly, you are a communist idiot. Secondly, that is not "divide and conquer". That is strategically sensible ethnotribalism. The rich are statistically far "whiter" than the poor. Therefore any move that harms all the poor (both "white" and "non-white") while benefiting all the rich is a statistically pro-"white" move. And the poor "white" ethnotribalist will prefer it to a move that takes from all the rich to benefit all the poor, because the latter move statistically benefits "non-whites" more.
