A dosa is a thin, savoury crepe in South Indian cuisine made from a fermented batter of ground white gram and rice.
It should also be noted that it is the advent of Western mechanized dairy "farming" technology that allows this nonsense. Previously, milk production was minimal, which meant it's usage in cooking was also minimal. Now, industrial production of milk means subhumans can use it to Turanize even otherwise vegan dishes.
